Financial Service Trainee
We provide a business platform and well-developed supporting system with mega database, which enable us to implement timely initiatives with diversifying marketing strategies and channels to promote the business accordingly.
New recruits shall be provided a comprehensive On-the-job Training Programme with ample resources and supports, in the areas of business development and promotion, marketing techniques, credit analysis, accounting, and operation supports etc. We also establish a Continuing Education and Subsidiary Scheme that encourages members of staff to attain job-related professional qualification (e.g. license for Insurance and Securities & Futures Intermediaries etc.).
The Trainee Programme is executed in two phases, which mainly includes:
Knowledge and Understanding of Financial Products and Business Operations
The trainees will have the opportunities to work cross and train in various departments, including business development and promotion, financial and securities investment analysis, trading, mortgage consulting services, credit, loan administration and back office supports etc. (see illustration below), and gain insights of the different departments and exposure to our business operations under the guidance and supervision of department heads. The program scope includes:
- Project Planning and Implementation
- Securities and Investment Analysis
- Knowledge on Financial Products and Marketing Skills
- Trading-related knowledge
- Commercial and Promotional Activity Planning and Organization
- Financial Analysis and learning to design financial plan for clients
- Client Information Management and Maintenance
- Regulatory Compliance, Credit Analysis, and Loan Document Processing
- Accounting, Administrative, IT, and Secretarial Tasks etc.
Participation in Community Services
Throughout our well-structured program, the trainees will be seconded to participate in various voluntary services at charitable organization(s) for about two months. By engaging in voluntary work, the trainees can gain career-related experience, boosting one’s analytical and problem-solving ability, communication skills, and patience. During the period, the main job duties may include helping provide elderly services at health stations, conducting home visits, and assisting to find tailored solutions for the elderly who needs help or family in distress.
Upon successful completion of the program, the trainees will have the chance of assuming management level positions within the company based on their performance and expertise, transforming into the future leaders of the Group.
