(wholly owned by Ms. Wang Kelly) acquired 360,000,000 shares, accounting for 75% of the issued share capital, from Alpine Treasure Limited (ultimately beneficially owned as to 20% by Mr. Chang Tin Duk Victor and 80% by Mr. Ho Chi Hong), The total cash consideration is HK $222,800,000 (i.e. Hk $0.6189 per share to be sold). Upon completion, the offeror acting in concert holds a total of 360,000,000 shares, accounting for 75% of the issued share capital. The offer price is HK $0.6189
